O’er rising debts, eroding liberty. Though many promise change, it seems we’re doomed Inev’tably to suffer tyranny. And yet the country’s Founders shaped in stone A document with limits and constraints On Congress, judges, all those on the “throne.” If they could see us now, they’d lob complaints. The Framers laid down principles for rule That stand at odds with power-hungry States. With government restrained and minuscule, The best of freedom always operates. Our liberties will never reappear Until the Constitution’s what we cheer. By : UnknownThis piece comes from the Pamphlet Common Sense written by Thomas Paine The cause of America is in a great measure the cause of all mankind. Many circumstances hath, and will arise, which are not local, but universal, and through which the principles of all Lovers of Mankind are affected, and in the Event of which, their Affections are interested. The laying a Country desolate with Fire and Sword, declaring War against the natural rights of all Mankind, and extirpating the Defenders thereof from the Face of the Earth, is the Concern of every Man to whom Nature hath given the Power of feeling; of which Class, regardless of Party Censure.

Dreamers are the ones with their heads in the clouds. They have these grand ideas about the world and their place in them. Dreamers, well, dream. They have great ideas and great plans to get to those ideas, but they don’t know how to take their dream from the planning sheet to the real world. That’s where doers come in. Doers are the people that are always grounded in the real world with their boots on the ground. They, well, they do things. Doers make things happen, but they can’t easily see what comes next or how it fits into the bigger picture. According to my mom, dreamers and doers are two types of people that complement each other. Dreamers provide a plan for the doers to follow and the doers make the dream a reality.
However, one person can be both a dreamer and a doer, both have a grand plan and the will to follow through step by step. A dreamer can learn to do, and a doer can learn to dream. My mom is a dreamer, my grandma is a doer. I am both people. An entrepreneurial spirit is what comes from a dream and the will to do. This is the passion that drives businesses to be the best that they can be. It’s one thing to have a business that makes money, it’s another to have a business that’s a part of you that you can be proud of. There needs to be a dream and a will to follow the dream through. In essence that is the entrepreneurial spirit. Dylanna fisher communications is an example of my entrepreneurial spirit. I’m a freelance writer and photographer as those are my two passions. As a freelance writer, I want to share stories with the world, to help people understand the world around them. My goal is to foster the spread of information and understanding. I want people to understand what's going on in the world around them. This includes topics from scientific advancements, to political and philosophical debate, to arts and culture. As a freelance photographer, I’ve been fascinated with how the world looks and sharing that beauty with the rest of the world. The world may not always seem pretty or exciting but it’s all within the perception of the beholder. And that’s what I share through my photography. Ever since I can remember, I’ve always been fascinated with sharing ideas with people. And that's exactly what I want to do. An entrepreneurial spirit is what has helped me get as far as I am with my freelancing business. It’s hard work. It’s draining work. Yet, it’s highly worth it to see all that effort come to fruition. |
